Do you guys recommend doing questions based on the subject I am reviewing that day, or just do random questions on UWORLD? (if I only have time for 1 run through)

Do timed. It's important to practice timing. The actual exam is significantly longer than the questions in UWorld and with that try finishing a block of 44 in 40-45 mins. If you can do that, you should be okay with time management for the exam.

Yeah, I'm planning on doing the last few sets timed. The uw practice and nbme I took I finished each section with at least fifteen minutes left

Don't expect to finish the real deal with that much time left. The question stems are much longer and more detailed than any of the practice sets.
