Ahh so its frustrating when you read first aid and see stuff like (rare) and get questions on it in UWorld where <1/2 people get it right...i.e.- Im doing endocrine and I have to get the rare effect of agranulocytosis for PTU or the presentation of glucanoma...

With this in mind, how are the presentations on the real exam, more straightforward?
 
I personally felt the real thing was loaded with hints and clues. That made a lot of question stems less ambiguous. Just look out for them.

Presentations were similar to Uworld. I literally felt like I was taking another uWorld block.
