UWorld & wrong answer choice explanations

Hi,

I wanted to know how important is it to go through the wrong answer choices in the explanations for UWorld CK?

I remember it was somewhat helpful for Step 1, because Step 1 often tests you on obscure, esoteric facts. However, since CK is a different ball game, so I was wondering if investing that time behind the wrong answer choice explanations would be worthwhile?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

when you guess on a question...and you get it right, do you not check to see why you got it right?

idk seems very common sense to me
