UWSA 1 accurate??

Hey guys! I was wondering for UWSA 1 what is the correlation to STEP 1 ? I have heard it over predicts by 8-10 points while some people say it is accurate. Were your scores with other NBMEs and UWSA 1 similar or a big difference? My exam is in 3 weeks , I plan on taking NBME 16 next.
