For those of you applying to the University of Washington, what do you think about the appropriate length for the autobiography. The instructions say brief but they ask many questions and there is not an alloted space or characters.

I originally wrote 2.5 pages, but I am thinking that will be too long, and I don't want to annoy admissions. 😳

Yes, I have had mine for almost three weeks now. I perfected the 3 pages, and failed to read the word brief. Ugh.

Anyone have an estimate of what brief is . . . a page, paragraph??

wow three weeks? I'm assuming your in-state??

ucsd asks for an autobiography and they say two pages max...i think that seems pretty reasonable...

Thanks for the advice on the two pages -- I think that is what I decided to go with since mine is just over two pages. It shouldn't be too hard to cut it down. 🙂
