VA GS 14 Interview?

I have my first VA GS-14 interview coming up and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding types of questions to prep for? I am used to the PBI style for GS 13 but this is uncharted territory. Appreciate any insights!

Is it a supervisory position? If so, I imagine their may be some questions on management situations, but I have a feeling it will vary depending on what the position is slightly. Either way, good luck!
