I'm an IMG and not really familiar with all the US way of doing things.

What is the average vacation that CC fellows get per year? Does it vary according to program?

3 weeks in most places.

Depends on the board through which you do the fellowship. The ABA (Anesthesiology) gives us 20 days, which are M-F days for the year. With weekends it ends up being 4 weeks roughly.
