For those of you working fulltime already, how much vacation time do you get? How much is typical for your first year in retail or hospital?

Two weeks after the first year. If you are a new employee, you'll get the last of the choices of weeks, but you might be able to tie it to your floating holidays or other holidays & get 2-1/2 weeks.

At a hospital setting, you build PTO (paid time off). Usually 3.5 to 4.5 hours per 2 weeks.
