Which specialties generally allow the most time off once in practice. I know one could work part time or find a sweet deal somewhere, but in general which would allow the most time off normally? Is it realistic to get 8 weeks off per year?

If you are in a field like derm or optho AND are in private practice, you can leave whenever you want, of course.
