Killed vaccine/ inactivated vaccine will only induce humoral immunity which is short lasting this is the reason why we need frequent booster along with . considering this how can killed polio vaccine can induce serum igG and IgA ?
Because to class switch we need t cells . I have searched online for this but still confused ,inputs are highly appreciated .TIA
