I am applying for '07 but my 2001 MCAT is showing on AMCAS. If MCAT scores are invalid after three years, why do they still show up? Does anyone know if med schools can see invalid scores that are on AMCAS? If so I would like to address it somewhere, if not, I don’t want to even bring it up. Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, they will see all of your scores. My old scores from 1996 showed up on my AMCAS, so your 2001 scores are going to show up too. MCAT scores apparently don't ever go away; even bankruptcies disappear after a decade, but not MCAT scores. :meanie: The good news is that if your old scores are really really old (like mine!), no one will really care about them...especially if your current scores are good. 🙂
