Hey guys, I am currently a biology and chemistry tutor at my university. In addition I am one of the SI leaders for intro bio. Just curious how this looks to adcoms on an application as well as during interviews. Is it worth talking about a lot or just mentioning?

Whats more important is what you learned from it. The time commitment, longevity of the experience, and responsibilities you had throughout would also be useful. This information would also give you a better idea of how much you ought to write. If it wasn't that meaningful, don't write too much. If it was very significant for you, elaborate why.

In the 2015 AAMC survey, adcoms ranked Teaching/Tutoring as "Lowest Importance."
