Vanderbilt AP Fellowship

Anyone out there a vanderbilt alum or current VU resident who can comment on the quality of this fellowship? Do the fellows gross? Do they function autonomously? Do the fellows work the same type of hours the residents do? Do you really get to spend some quality time with DP?

Looks like no one from Vandy is around to answer...I can offer my 2 cents from interviewing and visiting there. SurgPath fellows sign out with David Page directly, more so than residents, although residents can elect to rotate on his service. The residents spoke highly of the fellows.
That's about all I can offer except to say I think Nashville is a great place to live, and if you are looking for an academic position, it seems the department is growing rapidly.
