Vanderbilt question

Hey guys,

I'm filling out the vandy secondary, and it says i have to send in some stuff, including a release form. I searched all over the application, and cannot for the life of me find the release form.

i'd like to send it in today or tomorrow. do you have to submit the secondary before you get the link to the release form?

also, does anyone have it that will be willing to email or upload it to me?

if I recall I think you have to hit the submit button first before you can access the link that shows the release form. the link appears below the message: your information has been recorded in our system which appears in red.
