I was wondering what your opinion of Vandy med school is for derm opportunities and whether its a solid school if seeking derm research and connections. I realize its not UPenn or Yale, but specifically how should I approach going to Vandy if interested in derm?

Vandy has a very good derm department. It's not a bad place to come from for derm, especially if you want to end up in the South for residency.
