Could you please refer me to some sources/research regarding the treatment of high-grade varicocele through alternative/non-surgical methods such as weight loss, physiotherapy, Chinese Medicine, etc.

I am particularly interested in data related to the state of varicocele after weight loss.

I'm reasonably sure there is no research showing a benefit to weight loss with regard to varicocele. This is not an obesity related phenomenon. I'm even more sure there is no evidence for varicocele treatment via Chinese medicine.
