Would you say it's important to go down into this level of detail for the bio section? Or would it suffice to know the more general concepts of glycolysis? (How ATP and ADP are used, 6/3 carbon stage, producing the NADH, FADH, 4 net ATP, etc)

General concepts.

But the thing about the bio section is that they can ask random discretes that can be pretty in depth and be minutia but it's not high yield to waste your time learning that stuff.
