Vascular Fellowship

I was reading online that University of Cincinnati offers the only neurovascular fellowship for EM physicians. Since, this is not an official ACGME program, does this fellowship mean anything in the real world? Or does UofC have the only neurovascular ED?

Anyone know any details?
