Had to make the same decision

I have thread I put together to help me decide between VCOM and LECOM...

Do a search of threads by me, I'll see if I can find it myself..

I'm so excited to be starting school in August. Congrats to all who were accepted.

PublicHealth,

It is not all about numbers. It is your overall package and how you present yourself.

GPA
MCAT?
EC's
Work experience
Shadowing experience
Committment to communities
Individuality
Your Interview

The numbers are one part of many.😉

As a 4th year DO student who is FINISHED with medical school (yesterday was my last day), I want to wish you all luck in medical school, and congratulate you on your acceptance. I think its great that you are starting at a brand new program...

I am doing the same (sort of), I am starting my residency this June at a brand new Emergency Medicine residency, in a hospital that is traditionally un-DO-friendly. We are sort of in the same boat.

Wish VCOM was there when I applied, as I am from VA myself...

Congrats, Dr. Quinn!

Is that you in the pic? If so, you're one of the hottest docs out there! 😱
