How early? Will a unit be held by reservation until we arrive in July or do we lease it now regardless if we are living in Va or not?

I leased mine as soon as I found out that I was accepted. I think I signed the lease in November, but it didn't start till August when we moved down.

They have a waiting list, because these are some of the more medical student friendly apartments(quiet, close to school). I would contact them ASAP if you're even remotely interested. The application is lengthy and it might take you some time to get through the process.
