VCU and UNLV for OOS

I am debating to add these schools to my list. Anyone know if they are OOS friendly and if mid-July submitting the app is too late?

I'm pretty sure VCU is OOS-friendly. And no, submitting mid-July is not late. Most students probably have not even submitted yet. As long as you submit before August or so I feel like you're still considered "early". The verification process has been quite fast this year also (takes 8 business days for most).

Half of the class in UNLV (~40 ppl) is OOS, and if u complete everything in mid July is not too late

40% of VCU students are OOS. Mid-July is not too late at all. I added some schools in August and interviewed at some of the schools I applied to then.
