After the second round of acceptances have been handed out does anybody know when they will offer acceptances again and when they will do the D.5 program?

They are "meeting on Monday to decide the alternate list and D.5 list." - Admissions
Also, according to Healy, the alternate list is not such a bad place to be. Almost all people on there eventually get into the program apparently.

This is true about the D.5 program, but last I heard, it is only if you get a B or above in all of your courses that first year (not cGPA of 3.0... every single class must be a B or above.) That was at least how it was until 2007.
