VCU-MCV program

I'm a PGY-1 who although is happy with the program doesn't like the crowded too big for him city. I interviewed at VCU in Richmond and really liked the place kinda wish in hind site I ranked them higher. Anyone have any ideas on whether or not they have PGY-2 positions or other positions in medium sized cities with good programs?
