Hi guys, I have an interview At Virginia commonwealth university on saturday. I was wondering, what is the difference between closed file and open file interview? Can i know in advance which one I will have? Thank you. Words of motivation or advice of any kind is greatly appreciated!

If I'm not mistaken, a closed-file interview means that they do not have access to your GPA or PCAT scores. However, they do have background information.

During my interview, they did have some background information on me (work history, EC's, etc.)

Yes. Hence the reason I said, "during my interview, they..." lol

Oh sorry... I assumed 'they' as some school interviewers and not particularly vcu. ..lol (how damn of me). Can you share yours experience during your interview? how hard were the questions and what kind of personal questions do they ask? I'm a little bit nervous because VCU is my top choice because not only that its a good school but also is in my town richmond.
