Have been staring at it for days and have no clue what to write. I hate such open-ended essays. What are you guys writing about

You mean the "write a 200 word essay on any topic you want" part? Last year I wrote about my grandmother dying and not being able to go to the funeral. It's about whatever you want - I know someone who wrote it on baking pies, another on taking walks in the woods, yet another about his obsession with football.

This one can be 500-600 words actually...I just wrote about what I do on a typical day off from both work and training.
