VCU vs. Wake Forest

Like several others on here I'm interested in GI and am having a hard time ranking Wake and VCU. Winston-Salem is smaller and slower paced which is fine and Richmond is more urban. Either program stronger as far as fellowship placement or quality of training? I've seen the numbers and they appear pretty similiar. Thoughts?

In terms of GI, especially hepatology, VCU is strong.
