Vertical Composting Units?

When I fist read it I thought it was a another flavor of ICU, SICU, NICU, CCU, PACU that I had not yet read about.

I heard a rumor that the FDA and EPA are going to mandate that our drugs are properly disposed of. Separately from ordinary hospital trash and sharps. Rumor is excess Ephedrine and Phenylephrine are dangerous to the flora and fauna as well as major factor in causing global warming.
