I THINK it is a type of asexual reproduction carried out by plants.

Key word is, think.

I recall seeing it in destroyer or achiever test 1.

If it is embryology then yes it might come up IMO...I know this.
It is the nutrients (think of it like as yolk) and is very dense. The cells in the vegetative hemisphere divide less often than the animal hemisphere.
 
i was just reviewing my notes and it's the process that eventually leads to the formation of the endosperm 🙂. and yes, it's seen in plants (angiosperms as a matter of fact).
