Veracity of national/multiple acceptance report rumors

Hi all. Just wanted to know if the claims stating that amcas will no longer issue out the national and multiple acceptance reports are true. My premed adviser says she's unaware such a change has gone into effect and I am having trouble finding materials online proving it to be true.

Anyone have any sources?
