could someone give the approximate verbal conversions for verbal section out of 60. what are the approximate number of questions right needed for say a 9 and 10.

It depends on the version of the test you're taking.

The two conversions I have in front of me right now are for Kaplan #2 and #3.

43-45 for a 9
46-49 for a 10

38-41 for a 9
42-45 for a 10

The tests very in difficulty, so these are rough estimates.
