So far I've bought the EK verbal book/101 passages book, and will be starting my kaplan class in about 3 weeks. Aside from the two EK books and kaplan material I will receive, are there any other books that anyone recommend I buy for good practice, perhaps princeton's verbal stuff?

Also, are there any recommendations for a book to read that simulates mcat verbal passages while I'm not taking practice verbal passages?

TPR has decent practice passages in their verbal workbook. thats what ive been using until the ek book i ordered comes in. ppl say economist, new yorker, atlantic as magazines to read and think about critically.
