I apply flipbook concept, however the explanation is not very clear (Ross explanation)

Which one should I go with? A or B ? (shade area)

You pick a spot equal distance from the vertex of the angle and whichever has more area is bigger.

This is an example and I presume it is showing you that B is larger angle than A
