Verification of good standing?

Hello,

I am applying for the NHSC scholarship and have not been able to get information on how I can get the Acceptance Report/Verification of Good Standing to actually be signed by a school official.

What have people done in the past? I have contacted my school countless times and I fear they may be busy/don't know who I should contact because I have received no communication from them on this issue.

Who typically signs it?

Please help if you have any info!

The lady from the Admission Office at my med school signed it. i emailed her as well as the Admission Office and requested the forms filled and signed.
