verified but schools dont know yet, why?

like many of u guys, i am also frustrated with this AMCAS process. i sent my app in june, they screwed up and somehow their system didnt catch my app.. so basically i had to resend on july 11th. but i didnt have any red Xs .. so called them again on 9/18 or 9/19 and thats when they put me on the priority list.. i was verified on 9/20.. BUT i just checked my Upenn status and they havent recieved my amcas app and my status is still "incomplete" same goes with some other schools.. whats going on?? do u guys know
