Hi all, my AACOMAS app has been verified, is there a way to see what my final GPA is with grade replacements?

You have to send it to at least once school. Then next to the school should say "Released (09/07/13) View". Click on view and it'll be there.

Unless you went crazy and tried to sneak in sciences when they weren't, the calculated GPa should be about the same.
