Hi all,
I'm just finishing up inputting my observation hours in and am not certain what to do. I have over 1000 hours at an outpatient clinic, and another 40 hours at a pediatric outpatient clinic. I have been looking really hard for inpatient settings but in the greater Seattle area where I live hospitals, rehab facilities, and nursing homes are still not accepting volunteers due to COVID. However, I do have a PT at a hospital who agreed to take me in for shadowing once restrictions are lifted. Problem is applications are due within a month with no end in sight for the restrictions. I am debating putting down the hours as just planned but they won't be verified. Would this be worth doing or since they won't be verified will there be no point? I'm thinking it's at least something on the inpatient side which is where I am really lacking right now. Thank you all!
