I emailed a bunch of schools about ok'ing some prereqs...

How do I state on my application that a course was previously ok'd?

Does my question make sense?
For example, one of my schools required Human Anatomy. I emailed the school and asked them if they would accept my school's Medical Anatomy course. They OK'd it by email...so what do I do now? hmmmmmmm
