So here are my stats:
MCAT 1: 11P 9V 10B 30R
MCAT 2: 11P 10V 10B 31P
cGPA: 3.64
sGPA: 3.50

Firstly, I just got my MCAT back today. I'm slightly disappointed. I was scoring 35ish on practice tests before the 2nd one. I was hoping to get similar scores on the real thing. I did think the 2nd exam was super hard. I thought I did worse, but I end up doing a point better. And now I just feel like I could have done even better...that maybe I could have scored well into the 30s. But ahh I guess it's too late in the application cycle for all this now.

I'm not looking to apply to any exceptional schools or anything. The highest level schools I'm applying to have an MCAT average of 32.

Do I stand a chance? I'm pretty sure I can get into DO schools. But will I be able to break into an MD school?

as long as your EC's are good and you apply relatively early you should be able to get into a few MD schools

your stats are perfectly average for MD, meaning you have a great shot of getting in somewhere. It probably won't be your #1, but who knows, this entire process is so black-boxed.
