unfortunately its outdated, incomplete, and often inaccurate... but it provides a decent foundation as to what types of programs people should be looking into

I agree. The sticky really helped me find out more information about all of the programs. Plus, if people are interested in applying to DO post-bac/masters programs, the DO schools handbook on the AACOMAS website is a great resource because it lists which schools have a Post-bac or Masters, etc.
