very specific Do stats?

I read the post for the DO stats and found the website for Upenn helpful. The website mentioned that the stats for in state applicants are often lower than the averages they post. I guess what I'm asking, is it true that if you are in an state applicant, your stats could be lower than out of state applicants that get accepted? Where might I find the specific stats for schools? I hope this might make sense to someone!!

You comment is correct for public (state) schools only. Stats for private schools are the same for everyone.

Try the specific school's website.
