I'm curious which schools will take your highest grade in a course if you retake it? For example, if you make a C in Chem 1 but retake it and make an A, which schools will calculate the A into your GPA and "ignore" the C? And which schools average the two grades?

It does often change so your best bet is to confirm with the schools individually. Some will even say on their website. If not, it’s best to check with the schools yourself since it can change between cycles
