I want to read more in-depth articles about veterinary medicine and I'm wondering where I could go to do so. I was looking on the AAVMC site today, but I didn't find anything of interest.
Have you tried the VIN news service? http://news.vin.com
Also, check out the AVMA's website: http://www.avma.org
Then there's APHIS, which has some news and info: http://www.aphis.usda.gov/
Be sure to pick up any issues of JAVMA you can find at the library or at any clinics where you work.
Is that the type of stuff you were looking for? Hopefully that helps some!
Are there any veterinary magazines I can subscribe to that are reasonably priced? I'd prefer to have a copy in my hands. I hate reading articles online. I looked at the price to subscribe to Journal of American Veterinary Medicine...and it was a little over $1,000!!

Seconding DVM 360. They posted an 11 page article earlier this month over IMHA which I'm currently wading through. Pretty neat stuff.
Also all their sister (child?) sites like Veterinary Economics. I've also an odd fascination with the Hospital Design site lol. "Oh I'd totally have my lab laid out like that. But screw that treatment area, too cramped!". Must be the architect in me.
