Hello,
Just wondering what other people are using in their clinics to manage the clients, patients, appointments, etc?

The clinic I work at is currently using Beefree, but we are exploring different options to change to and ideally looking for a cloud based service. There are so many out there and it would be great to know what other people have used and how they like them. We use smart flow as well for inpatient treatments, but may move from that at some point too.

I work in emergency, but the owner of the clinic has 3 clinics - 2 GP and the one ER.

Cheers,
devyn

I like the one we use: vetofficesuite

it doesn't have all the bells and whistles and there are some problems here and there but they've been extremely responsive when we talk to them about fixing issues and they are cloud based.

I'm not sure it will do everything you want it to do though

Thanks, I will look into it. We just need something intuitive that can work with lab software and possibly smartflow as well. Ideally if it can create online forms that would be good.

In over 15 years of doing relief work, the most common software I see is Avimark, and it's my favourite to use (out of probably 10 or 12 I've seen over the last many years). I've used both cloud based and server based, and from my point of view, the pros and cons of each are about 50:50.

And I hate avimark, much prefer cornerstone but neither are cloud based. There are a couple others I've used but I think they're corporate clinic exclusive.

There was a cloud based one I used recently but I've only used it once, can't recall what it was called. It seemed fairly user friendly at least for this one time I used it...will try to figure out what it is called.

Yeah, if you can see what it is called that would be great.

My boss wants cloud based - that is a pre-req so all others are out really....

I have used Vetter Software and that is cloud based. It has its pros and cons but worked well for what we needed

I have used Avimark (hate), Stringsoft (better than Avimark), Cornerstone (okay). Currently using Vetstar (on same level as Cornerstone) with Instinct electronic flow sheets. Clinic will be switching over to ezyVet, which is cloud based, in the next year.
