Video Lecture Series?

During medical school I found watching video lectures (usually Kaplan videos) to be an effective learning option for me when I couldn't stand reading anymore. Now that I'm starting my anesthesia training I was wondering if anyone knows of a introductory anesthesia lecture series? -Thanks!
