Most of the examples of other people's applications for an internship (from VBMA, etc.) are usually in the form of a cover letter. Now that VIRMP just takes one pdf and not multiple ones for individual schools, is it advisable to frame the "personal statement" (the words the site uses) as an actual essay rather than a letter? Thanks in advance for your help.
