Hi,
I am currently a pharmacist at the 3 letters company. I was told by my sup to apply for the pharmacy manager position. So I did. What strange is I didn't have to do the assessment (VJT). Does anyone find it weird? Did they change the process if you are applying internally?

I remember when I was with said chain, my supervisor also had me apply to this manager training position, I was also able to skip the virtual job tryout.

What is a VJT for a PIC position at CVS? Stick your ass over a fire and if you don't scream you pass?
