Virtual shadowing experience, any thoughts?

I was looking at MiOra Virtual Medical Shadowing, and just wanted to get some thoughts on this due to the pandemic.

Likewise, I've had the same question. This specific course seems a little sketch since it charges and I've never heard of it, but there are other "virtual shadowing" experiences that seem like the equivalent. For example, my school's premed org offers virtual shadowing sessions that is basically Skype time with a doctor who discusses topic X.

I am sure these experiences are obviously less worthwhile than shadowing, but for those of us with limited shadowing, do these "virtual shadowing" experiences count for anything at all (besides personal joy!) ?
