On Sunday, October 21st, I will be joining the LA Vision Walk. The Walk is funded by The Foundation Fighting Blindness, a publicly-supported charity that helps fund research for macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa and other retinal degenerative diseases. The Foundation has funded thousands of research studies including genetics, gene therapy, retinal cell transplantation, and pharmaceutical therapies.
