Hey all,

I'm a med student from Sweden and I'm going to Toronto for two weeks in August. I thought I'd take the opportunity to buy a stethoscope while I'm there since it certainly is cheaper than in Sweden!

Anybody have any idea where I can find Littman stethoscopes?

Thanks!

just google it. everything is online.

have a great time when you get here.🙂

There's a bookstore in front of William Osler Health Center in Toronto. It's in the Plaza across the Hospital. There's a big sign on the blue building saying, "Textbook Center" or "Bookstore," something like that. I'm not sure which, but you'll definately see a sign and will know it's the Bookstore. They've lithman stethoscopes. I believe they're about $30.

A $30 stethoscope is not a wise investment for a medical student.

Unless you're prone to losing stethoscopes, spend the extra cash and get something good.

It's a pity the OP doesn't have time to go to the US. They're even cheaper to buy there!

I got it at the university book store, thanks for the help! I chose between the Cardiology III and the Master Cardiology but ended up getting the Cardiology III.

Nice campus area btw, so much bigger than in Sweden 😉
