Visiting rotation at Yale?

Hi, I was wondering if any student from a US medical school has done an away elective at Yale recently. Their website states that tuition is $2,800 per course. However it's their international/global health office which runs the visiting elective program, and so I'm not sure if this $2,800 per course is only for visiting international students, or if it also applies to US medical students. Obviously $2,800 is an extreme amount to pay for a US visiting student elective given most other schools charge approximately $100 or so for an elective.
